Nearby amenities include Mall of Africa, Waterfall City, Kyalami Race Track, Gautrain Station along with various estates, guest houses and Air-bnb hosts. Corporate neighbours include PWC, Cummins and Bridgestone. With easy access to main highways, the facilities are 20-minute drive from Pretoria and Johannesburg business centres and 10-minute drive from Sandton business centre. Midrand has a reliable supply of Uber and Bolt vehicles who are never more than 3 minutes away.

The Trust’s specialised venue and events team can assist to ensure all gatherings run efficiently, and with a single point of contact throughout each function, will be available to respond to any queries.  We offer a choice between conference facilities, enclosed offices & hot desks, and meeting rooms.

Conference Facilities

The conference centre is situated in a secure office park in Kyalami, Midrand, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. It has a view of the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit. 

It can seat up to 100 people, or be separated into two smaller venues for 40 people each. The profit generated from the conference facilities will be ploughed back into the work of the Trust.

Enclosed Offices and Hot Desks​

Common areas and lounges

We have six offices that can accommodate a range of company sizes from start-up organisations to a fully mature organisation. The open space available for hot desks means that we can adapt the office space to fit our client’s needs. Offices are furnished and include kitchenette and bathroom facilities.

Tenants will be provided with an office key and access control for the gate. One months deposit is required. Utilities, uncapped WiFi, printing and daily office cleaning are charged separately. Parking is available for R300 p/m per bay.

Meeting Rooms

These spaces can be used for presentations, interviews, client pitches or training, and are equipped with the latest technologies.

The Trust offers Video call technology which will allows for unlimited connectivity. Tele-conferencing functionality can take up to 8 connections.
