Sazini is the Managing Director of Corporate Citizenship at Barclays Africa Group and Absa Group. A Harvard Business School graduate, her expertise lies in the development and execution of strategic plans linked to tackling social challenges in education, skills development and business development, focused on small enterprise development. She holds a double major degree in Sociology and Industrial Psychology, and a Master’s in Development Studies. Sazini has over 16 years’ experience working in government and civil society, including the corporate and private sector.
