Thokozile is a Leadership Development, Learning and Education Strategic Advisor and Consultant. She is also a High-Performance Facilitator and Coach and Speaker on topics including Developing Women Leaders, Future-Fit Learning, Self-Leadership and Effective Parenting in a 4IR World. In her independent advisory, consulting, facilitating and coaching work; and prior roles at McKinsey & Company, Novartis, Discovery Ltd and the Absa banking Group, Thokozile’s focus over the last 16years has been on delivering transformational shifts in human capital strategies, mindsets, behaviors, and practices that deliver improved performance and positive culture change.
As a corporate executive, Thokozile was Group Head of Leadership, Learning and Talent at Absa Bank Ltd; Group Head of Talent, Leadership and Organizational Development at Discovery Ltd; and Head of Talent Management and Organizational Development Africa Cluster at Novartis Ltd. At McKinsey & Company, Thokozile was an Expert Consultant focused on Organisational Practice work including business performance and culture transformations, organisational health, top team effectiveness facilitation and coaching, and large-scale skills building. Thokozile is an invited member of the University of Pretoria’s Centre of the Future of Work Advisory Board and has also previously served on the global Udemy Business Executive Advisory Council.
