Aliness P. Mumba is an accomplished development practitioner with over 15 years of experience in project management and business development across Zambia and the African continent. Her career reflects a deep commitment to social impact, policy innovation, and sustainable development.

A key focus of her work lies at the intersection of gender inclusion and climate-smart agriculture (CSA), where she champions the equitable participation of women and marginalized groups in agricultural transformation. Aliness has led the implementation of high-impact initiatives in thematic areas such as agriculture, climate change adaptation, trade facilitation, and governance. She has successfully delivered projects funded by leading development agencies and donors, including the European Union (EU), DANIDA, SECO, CGIAR, UNICEF, and Save the Children Sweden.
