Operations Manager Role
As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Trust. Your leadership will help ensure that our programmes, partnerships, and operations are aligned to the vision of an integrated southern Africa free from exclusion and inequality.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the CEO and serving as a member of the Management Team, the Operations Manager contributes directly to the delivery of the Trust’s strategy. The role leads the development and implementation of the operational strategic plan and ensures that systems, processes and services across the organisation support the achievement of our mission.
This role oversees key organisational functions including:
- Grants management,
- Research and Learning
- Outsourced business services (i.e governance, HR, IT)
- Facilities, office management and asset management
- Operational support to country teams to ensure seamless cross-country operations

Classification: Three year Fixed term contract (with possibility for renewal).
Remuneration: The Trust provides a competitive remuneration package.
Location: Regional office in Johannesburg, South Africa.
