Head of Programmes & Impact

Role Summary – Reporting to the CEO, this senior leadership role is responsible for driving programme strategy, impact and performance across the region. The role leads key portfolios including Grantmaking, Research & Learning, and Strengthening Civic Infrastructure, and provides oversight to Country Managers to ensure high-quality, aligned and impactful programme delivery.

Senior Operations Officer

Role Summary – Reporting to the CEO, this role ensures the effective, compliant and efficient functioning of the organisation. Key areas include corporate governance, risk and compliance, operational coordination, and oversight of outsourced services, supporting a strong and enabling organisational environment.

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa.
Classification: 3 – year fixed term contract
Remuneration: Competitive remuneration package
